Embedding survey
Understanding what makes learning stick
Embedding learning is where value is created.
Training on its own rarely changes behaviour. What matters is what happens afterwards — whether people have the support, opportunity and expectation to apply what they have learned in their day-to-day work.
This survey explores the conditions that help learning stick — and the things that can get in the way.
It looks at the role of leaders and managers, how learning is reinforced through everyday work, accountability, organisational friction and whether learning ultimately leads to improved performance.
Please respond based on what happens in practice in your organisation, rather than what is intended to happen.
Answer 15 statements and one optional question. It takes around 5 minutes. You’ll receive your own results across five areas, with practical advice to help you turn learning into everyday behaviour.
Your responses will inform a new Elev-8 white paper on embedding learning. We’ll share a copy with you when it’s published.
